About the Owner
I'm Billy Akhtar, Founder and CEO of Asset Bridge Management.
My journey into property investment started over ten years ago, working in the mortgage and lifetime mortgage sector for a small firm back home in Leeds. It was there that I found my passion for helping people achieve real financial freedom.
Early on, I realised something important: people weren't just buying bricks and mortar. They were buying time with the people they love. They were buying freedom, choices, and the ability to live life on their own terms. That shift in perspective changed everything for me, and it's shaped the way I've worked ever since.
Since moving into the investment industry, I've had the privilege of helping over 1,500 people start, build, and achieve their investment goals. Some were taking their very first step onto the property ladder as investors, others were expanding established portfolios, but every single one of them shared the same goal: building a future that gives them more freedom, choice, and security for the people they care about.
That experience is what led me to found Asset Bridge Management. For me, the mission has always been simple: to provide statistics backed investment advice, strategised around your individual criteria, while making the whole process as simple and stress-free as possible. Property investment can feel overwhelming, especially when markets and options span different countries, so I make it my job to cut through the noise and give you clear, honest guidance you can actually act on. That's why Asset Bridge Management offers a round the clock service, because good advice should be there when you need it, not just during office hours.
I've built my career, and now my business, on relationships rather than revenue. I genuinely believe that when you put people first, the results follow. It's why so many of my clients come back to invest again, and why so many arrive through personal recommendation rather than advertising.
Looking ahead, I have a clear ten year plan to grow Asset Bridge Management beyond our current markets in the UK and UAE, giving our investors genuine geographical diversification across global markets. It's an exciting next chapter, and one I'm building carefully, with the same values that got us here: trust, transparency, and a real commitment to your success.

About Asset Bridge Management
Asset Bridge Management was founded in 2025, in the wake of a global economic crisis and ongoing international conflicts that left many people questioning what their local economy could offer them. We saw a gap: people wanted access to international investment opportunities, but didn't know how, or where, to start. That's where we come in.
We build the bridge that connects you to your financial freedom, wherever you are, even when your local economy isn't giving you the room to grow.
Our founder brings over 10 years of experience in this space, having already helped more than a thousand people reach financial freedom through smart, well-guided investment. Today, we're building on that foundation, growing a team of like-minded people who share the same drive to help others achieve financial independence.

Research before recommendation
No opportunity reaches an investor until it has passed our own analysis on demand, supply, infrastructure and pricing. We decline far more schemes than we present.
Advice, not sales
Our advisors are not commission-driven on individual transactions. If the right answer is to wait, or to buy nothing at all, that is what we say.
Complete transparency
Every projection is presented with its assumptions, every cost is disclosed up front, and every risk is stated plainly before a decision is made.

Our London office sits at the centre of the capital's private client district; Manchester places the research team inside the UK regional markets they cover; Dubai serves investors across the UAE and the wider GCC. Investors meet their advisor in person wherever it is practical, and by video wherever it is not.
We advise UK-based investors seeking domestic and UAE exposure, and UAE-based investors building portfolios in Britain, supported by desks operating across UK and Gulf time zones.
